Member Survey 2025
Thank you so much for taking part in the survey, the results will be posted meanwhile points that we have actioned are:
Most disliked
- The parking: As you are aware we are currently addressing this by implementing smart parking
- Complaints and unsporting attitude: We expect all players to abide by NZ bridge rules and always maintain a courteous attitude. People are able to complain but issues are best addressed at the time with the Director.
Most liked were
- The people, volunteers, organisation. We are grateful to receive such glowing feedback.
What we are changing next year based on your feedback
- All evening sessions will start at 7pm
- Tuesday teams will be revamped
- A ‘new partnership’ pairs on Thursday
- Fridays will have two non handicapped events and will be assisted learning similar to Mondays except no guaranteed partner.
- Sunday Buddy session attendees indicated that most are willing to contribute financially. This will be considered next year.
- There were several suggestions regarding communication which will also be considered e.g., email reminders to enter events, posting of minutes
